This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information through this website and related inquiries, communications, transactions, and services. That business is a separate legal entity and is responsible for its own processing.

Our service providers include Fullbay for service and account operations, GoHighLevel and related communication tools for customer relationship management and communications, and providers of hosting, databases, authentication, file storage, email delivery, payments, analytics, advertising, and any optional AI feature. Relevant information may be provided to outside designers, installers, shipping carriers, and other vendors assisting with your work.

We may also disclose information to comply with law or legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or as part of a merger, sale, reorganization, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell or rent customer lists or provide leads to unrelated businesses for their independent marketing. Advertising technology disclosures are described below. Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in information are not shared with other businesses for their independent promotional texting; service providers may process them to deliver our messages.
